In the Competitive Analysis campaign for IKEA, we tackled the brand’s underwhelming social media presence and low Gen Z engagement. Despite having social accounts, IKEA lagged behind competitors in traffic and online sales. Our solution included a robust social media campaign with ads across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, influencer partnerships to boost both online and in-store experiences, and the creation of social media shops to facilitate direct purchases. This approach aimed to enhance IKEA’s digital visibility and drive both online and physical store traffic.
